Elcot Park is one of the prettiest wedding venues in and around Newbury, yet one that is often overlooked. When you look past the corporate look governed by their owners Mercure hotels, this is one very solid wedding venue.
Elcot Park has recently been refurbished, so the inside is now on par with the spectacular grounds. The ceremony and wedding breakfast room is now light and airy and takes in the view of the stunning landscape. As for the grounds you have the croquet lawn, a wealth of mature trees, a gorgeous private little pathway leading up to the secluded herb garden and much more. It really does photograph very well, so is worth going and seeing for yourself.
